Walking into Bobby from Boston is like stepping into a time portal. Bobby's is considered among the best of the best when talking about vintage clothing. If you're interested in clothes, regardless of your own personal style (prep, traditional, hipster, etc) it's hard not to get inspired by this store. Bobby is very well known and respected in the industry. His infulence is more prevalent than you may even know. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the fashion game on the development of product lines, as well as period pieces from some of your favorite shows. Rugby or Boardwalk Empire anyone? When in Boston, whether you are into vintage goods or not, Bobby from Boston is a must see.

Gant Campus Store

The other night I was making a quick trip down to New Haven and I stopped in at the Gant Campus Store. I spoke with Som, the store manager for a bit about Gant and the local scene (I went to college in the area.) The shop has a great feel too it, walking in, there are vintage photos plastering the front wall of Gant, Yale and New Haven paying homeage their roots. Overall a great asthetic bringing together various Gants collections under one roof. It was nice to be able to see some of the pieces in person that have been making their way around the internet. The shop is cool spot to check out if your in the area and while your there make sure to grab some pizza on Wooster st.
